Interview
I had to write a letter to parents and family for my classroom, give a demonstration lesson in front of middle school students, then sit in a panel interview with at least 5 administrators.
There was a lesson delivery portion to the interview and then there was an interview questions as part of the process. There was a panel as well. I would say it was an average interview. It was held over zoom.
