The process consisted of three interviews plus a case study presentation.
The first interview was with HR, followed by a conversation with the Head of Customer Success. The third interview included a colleague from the Customer Success team and another from the Adoption team. Finally, I presented a case study.
Throughout the process, the team stayed informed and provided feedback after each stage, which I really appreciated. The recruiter was very kind and communicative. The third interview was the toughest — it felt like a structured list of questions, and one of the interviewers played a bit of a “good cop / bad cop” dynamic.
Overall, it was a professional and transparent process that gave me a good impression of the company and its people.
