Applied online. The recruiter reached out several weeks later and then set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. Was brought back for an onsite interview one week later. I told the hiring manager/recruiter that I had a pending offer and requested the team to expedite the process. The hiring team was extremely accommodating. From the initial onsite to final round interviews and then the offer happened in a little over one week. The recruiter was very pleasant to work with, from responding to my questions to turning feedback around quickly. Everyone at Autodesk is very friendly and the working culture is appealing. At the end I had to turn down the offer, which was very competitive. I went for a smaller company because I wanted to gain the startup experience. But everything about the interview experience is great.
