It was smooth. One interview for internship position. Generla questions. Also technical questions about CV but no direct technical questions. Lots of questions from CV. Also discussion of the job.

HR mainly behavior questions. Why I choose the company. What is my pay expectation. Why I left last company. Asked my software experience about Autodesk. Also asked about the experience to present ppt to customer. The people are nice. There is not too hard questions. Just prepare what in your resume.
