Phone interview (didn't live in Virginia), very cordial interview and good questions to get to know you. Spoke with senior analyst and get a briefing on the role. Overall a good experience.

Initial point of contact with supporting agency, screened, and then scheduled for more formal process. Phone call with recruiter was second step. Very professional yet relaxed. I am awaiting a decision but wanted to share so I would have access to other people's reviews.
