One face to face interview where you will speak about your customer service skills. Then, a language (English and your mother language) and finally a couple of customer service exercise (listening a call and checking an email)

After a quick initial phone interview a candidate was invited to the office where depending on the additional language they would have: a language test, a test with a technical support scenario and a more typical interview with competency based questions.

Interview
The interview was average and included skills competency tests. It lasted for 2 hours. I was interviewed by the Team Leader. During the process, they asked you lots of the questions how you will overcome the difficulties, so be prepared and answer it well. In overall, the interview are quite a positive experience for me.
