The first interview was just behavioral with the hiring recruiter. The second was half behavioral and half technical. The third interview was mostly technical. Everyone was very kind, but they told me it would take anywhere from two weeks to a month to get back to me after the third interview, and after interviewing three times, they sent me an automated rejection email from Workday, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I would have liked to have been able to receive feedback, especially since I had multiple interviews.
