I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BRG (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied through a campus job posting. I had a short phone call and then was invited for a superday. The Superday consisted of 4 separate 30 min interviews and an hour long lunch. Everyone was nice, especially the less senior employees. No one seemed super excited about their jobs, except the boss. Overall seem like good people, pretty inside the box, smart, motivated, care about work-life balance.

Question 1
Conflict with a colleague, why I want to work there, how my experience was relevant, how I keep up the quality of my work
I applied online. I interviewed at BRG in Apr 2026
Interview
First there is a phone screen interview. Then you are invited to 'super day' which consists of 3 interviews and 1 technical interview. There were other candidates at the interview, but it is not a group interview. 3 interviews are normal interviews with different people in the company (mostly people in the position you are hiring for, and one that is a senior in the company). Technical interview is just describing/answering questions about a graph.
Penultimate case study: overall a great experience. Communication was very clear, the interviewers were helpful and passionate about their field, which is always great to see. They answered all questions honestly and I found out lots of great things about the firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BRG
Interview
Nice interviewers, I was moved through the process very quickly. I then never heard from the recruiter, I had to call them to find out when they'd make a decision by as I had offers elsewhere. I ended up never hearing back and found out the job had been accepted because the person who took the job made a post on LinkedIn about it.
I enjoyed the actual interviews, but getting ghosted just to find out the job went to someone else because of LinkedIn never feels good.
