Interview
It was quite simple and straight forward. I met with the hiring manager, their boss and a few of the staff members. I met with the folks from HR over the phone throughout the process. It went very smoothly and they were terrific to work with and understood my level of concern regarding moving to antoher place.
Started out of college - basic interview process of interests, proficiency, and past experience. Plenty of advancement between groups once you are inside the building. There is a strong preference that you are located in Charlotte.

Interview
Series of discussions with both potential colleagues and direct managers. Successful candidates will move through the different layers until they connect with the Head of the Group or Division. Interviews are conversational, yet questions are peppered throughout to understand a candidate's background, skill set, and whether they are a good fit for the team. Focus is on creating a diverse, collaborative team with different perspectives and backgrounds.
