A recruiter from BofA contacted me, had several interviews with technical staff. Even second interviews seemed to go well. I had previously done much of the work they were looking to accomplish. So I thought everything went well then the line "went dead" as they say. Contacted back out to the recruiter, "so and so is really busy I haven't heard back from him". I gave up trying to pursue. Either a "we are busy and will get back to you in a few weeks" or just a plain "we are not interested" would have been acceptable.
