Got scheduled for interview with 2 managers the day after. Asked me general questions such as strengths and weaknesses, how well you work with teams, how you handles stressful situations. Got called back same day and offered position. Went through background check, took about 2 weeks.

The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.

The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
