I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process involved a Hireview and a Superday. The process was pretty fast-moving and they communicated very well/provided resources to prepare for each step. The questions were fair and as long as you know yourself, can speak to your resume, and have an idea of the thinking process for someone in your position you'll be good.

Question 1
Hireview (5 questions) and then a super day with 3 or 4 interviewers, if I remember correctly. The Hireview questions were standard (tell me about yourself, why us, time you worked on a team, time something went wrong, and a what would you do scenario). Be sure to have your stories ready for the super day and expect one or two light technical/case-like questions that just test how you think related to your position.
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
