We understand the challenges you faced with the tech test. To clarify, during our initial conversation, we did mention that the relevant data would not be available at the time and provided context as to why. We also provided some guidance to help navigate this as a head start.
The context of the campaign was shared to give you a sense of the competitive nature of the role. We had over 260 applicants, with a handful of candidates, including yourself, invited to complete the tech test. While others did not encounter the same difficulties, we understand each situation is unique, and we made the decision to move forward with other candidates based on those circumstances.
