I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blend360 (Denver, CO) in Apr 2022
Interview
There were roughly 5 rounds of interviews and the process took just under 3 weeks.
1. Initial phone call with recruiter
2. Hiring manager
3. Technical interview
4. Sql / python test
5. On site interview with 5 team members
6. Project presentation
Was a time consuming process and at the end was told there were no projects I could begin working on. Would have preferred to be cut off earlier rather than going through each round and wasting more time. Spent close to 15 hours on presentation and took time off work to make the on site interview. Overall team is very young and still trying to figure out their process and get buy in from leadership. Culturaly Blend is a great fit with some truly incredible people, but feels like they are putting the cart before the horse.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Overall very standard questions about how you work with others, willingness to learn, and experience using different technology.
I have applied for this position and got an assessment. Yet to take the interview. Possibly once I take it I'll update here. I will surely keep you posted. It does read it is about python and SQL though.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience. Our positions are very technical and we send on-line assessments to candidates at different times in the interview process, depending on the position they are interviewing for. Once we send a technical test, we evaluate candidates after we receive their results. I hope this provides clarity on your application and interview.
One online assessment first, two python and two SQL questions. Two technical screens with their data engineers. Not sure about the final step. One interviewer with a strong accent is really rude and unprofessional. Yawned and played with his glasses when answering questions. Even forgot the question he just asked but just keep commenting aggressively.
