One of the interviewers was 15 minutes late and I had to spend a very awkward 15 minutes chitchating with the interviewer that was on time before she said we can proceed with an introduction. When the interview started they kept saying how they are drowning in work and how demanding the role would be. Very strange and off putting vibe overall, did not give me a good impression about the company culture and would not recommend.

First a phone interview and then I had an in depth interview with the hiring manager for a deep dive into my motivation, the role and my approach to acquiring new partnerships.
