Interview
1. Het begon met een e-mail van hun HR, en een telefoontje om het gesprek te beginnen. Ze vroegen me ook naar mijn salaris.
2. Het telefonisch onderhoud begon met hun afdelingshoofd, en dat begon laat. Ik moet 15 minuten wachten. Standaardvragen, uitleg over de baan en projecten en wat je verwacht enzovoort.
3. Ging naar Amsterdam voor een persoonlijk gesprek. De bedoeling was dat de gesprekken 1,5 uur zouden duren, maar het liep uit op 2,5 uur. Het begon met 2 hoger geplaatsten, die vragen stelden over de projecten die ik had gedaan en over enkele praktijksituaties. Het tweede deel was met hun HR en manager. Zij stelden vragen over mijn persoonlijkheid en nogmaals over de projecten die ik heb gedaan..
I did not apply and they approached me and invited me to an interview. I had the interview with HR and the position was very suitable for me. However, the recruiter was not reachable after the interview and have not heard back

the interview process is somewhat good and bad, with the manager stating and asking questions back and forth. so this feedback is quite,,, because ... right. ok i did ask about questions of the company
Met with recruitment on a phone call and was obvious they did not know what the role they were hiring for entailed. It was a was a waste of both of our times if they were looking for someone with specific skills. It should have also been more clear in the job description.
