Hiring process was very easy and smooth. I applied online as they posted their needs for bilingual customer service representative position. 2 days later I got email from "Jason" who's one of the amazing recruiters at the company. We did our 1st quick interview on Phone. And then he told me to do the 2nd interview at the company. I went and did 2 tests, one in English and one in my 2nd language. Each test takes 10 minutes. After that we did face to face interview and got informed i was hired

After a phone call interview, you will be asked to interview at the office. The process takes about 3 hours including company's presentation, language tests : English and the language you applied for ( grammar and reading comprehension); next is a phone call role play in the language you applied; then a face to face interview with CS team lead and HR manager
