Initial Assessment/ Exam + 2 rounds of case interviews (2 ~45 minutes case interviews in each round). Was also assigned to a BCGer (someone who works at BCG to help during the process).

Interview
First round consists of an online chat box case and then one live interview case. Second round is two back to back live interview cases. Good experience overall with nice interviewers.

R1 was a straightforward case. I believe they were screening to see if you know how to case. R2 had more abstract and interesting cases. Behavioral aspects were focused on teamwork and the mission.
