Interview
The Interview consisted of 4 rounds
1. HR Screening: included basic questions about my CV and one guesstimate.
2. Excel test + PA-related questions (Taken by team Manager): included questions on my past experiences and the PA I was applying for.
3. Guesstimate + Case Study + PA-related questions (Harder Level)(Taken by team Sr. Manager): More in-depth PA-related questions followed by a small guesstimate and case study. This round majorly involved pressure testing and gauging my out-of-the-box thinking skills.
4. Round with the Director: Majorly focusing on my past roles, what achievements I have in them, and very in-depth questions related to the kind of work I have done till now, followed by Fitment related questions.

Question 1
Explain to me in detail the kind of work I used to do in my previous role.
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
