I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Strategic Partners in May 2025
Interview
I did three interviews and three take-home assignments over the course of one month. Each interview involved a more senior member of the company, and all involved case study questions. Interviewers were laid-back and seemed passionate about their work, but often came off as disinterested and condescending. Case studies were collaborative and required extremely quick thinking, mental math, and defending your reasoning. Take-home assignments required quantitative skills using Excel, secondary research, and creating PowerPoint slide decks. Three weeks after completing my third take-home assignment, I was notified that they were still interviewing other candidates, and that as soon as they had made a decision regarding next steps, I would be made aware. After waiting four more weeks for a response, I reached out again, and eventually received a reply that they "no longer had a position that fit my qualifications". It's truly shameful that this seems to be the standard for hiring practices in 2025, and I couldn't in good faith recommend BSP to anyone.

A client is developing Treatment X for hyperoxaluria and is looking for a partner to develop a companion diagnostic tool. What is an analogous real-world scenario in which a product and validation tool are used simultaneously? Estimate the total addressable market for this treatment. Identify your top three priorities when developing a diagnostic tool for this disease.
Got the first round, was given a case study to solve, never heard back even after following up multiple times on the status. It was a case study in healthcare so we need to have assumptions to get the answers it involves a bit of math as well
