After they succesfully reviewed your application and invite you to an interview, you will receive a case study that you have to solve beforehand. The interview itself consists of the presentation of the case and formal as well as informal questions.

Interview
The interview was conducted via Zoom by the hiring manager, 30-40 minutes long and about 10 questions asked. I was told they would get back to me in the following weeks but never did, not even to tell me I wasn't going to be hired
It was a bit drawn out but otherwise they were good at communicating the process. I felt like they did a nice job of keeping me informed of next steps.
