Having several steps and more people will be involved in the final process of recruiting. The company is dealing with several industries for consulting businesses and companies to help them develop new strategies and maintain a current client base.

The first step of the interview process was a meeting with the HR and it's something like a pre-screening to be admitted to next rounds. I found it very short. Overall, it was OK, but without a warm-up and presentation of the company and the role. One of the most important thing for this role is your availability to travel internationally as advertised.
