Interview
I had a quick phone screen with a couple of developers and was asked some basic questions about my past experience and a couple of relevant, surface level technical questions. Immediately afterwards was asked to come in for an on site interview.
The interview was with the entire tech team (5 people at the time.) It covered a wide variety of topics focusing a lot on personality and culture fit.
Later that day I was given an offer.

Question 1
They gave me a sheet of queries to write and tasks to complete in a sample database that they had built including a few "if you have time" questions, and left me to do that on my own for about a half hour before reviewing what I had done.
