Interview
The CEO conducts a phone interview to decide if you will come in for a face-to-face interview. He is very laid back and likable guy. He gives you the history on how he started the company and how they survived the economy downward trend. He then ask you to share some information about yourself. He was very clear what they paid in salary for a person making commission and they do not pay benefits, vacation pay or 401K.

If you were driving down the street and came across 3 people at a bus stop and they all needed a ride because the bus had just broken down who would choose? The person that had done a favor for you and his wife was about to deliver a baby within the hour, old woman who was ill and would die within the hour, your soul mate.

Interview
Emailed them my resume. Got a call back a couple days later. Phone interview. Then set up an in person interview. Basic questions were asked like why am I a good fit and what is your experience. Then had to take a test on find certain numbers on a tax form and credit check. Then took a critical thinking test and it was very simple.
