First stage with the hiring manager (Head of Bids) and second stage with hiring manager and Director. Fairly competency based but allowed space to be myself. An enjoyable process. Seemed like a great organisation, and I had a lot of confidence in the Head of Bids, but ultimately personal circumstances (caused by the pandemic!) prevented me from taking the role.

Recruitment agency found my CV and got in contact. Sold the opportunity to me so I felt encouraged to learn more in an interview forum. Telephone interview with hiring manager went well and was invited to a face to face meeting. Felt like it was a positive discussion during the interview, so was in contact with the recruitment agent to reiterate my interest. They fed back that the client was happy with how it went and they would be in contact about next steps. Never heard from anyone again. No further feedback, no rejection. Poor experience and now i have a negative impression of the company and recruitment agent. Well done all.
