      Behavior Interventionist Interview

      9 Feb 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Carlsbad, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CASE Inc (Carlsbad, CA) in Mar 2011

      Interview

I applied to the company online. I was first was contacted via email, then phone interview, then in-person interview, then a few hours shadowing someone in the position, interacting with employees and clients. Lastly the final interview which was quick and simple. The whole process takes a few steps, so the more open you are as a candidate the more quickly it can go. It seems to be better to be more available for quick meetings and quick follow up. Nice people, great cause.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of the questions are about your experience and desire to work with the ASD population. Pretty straight forward.
