CEPA interview questions

Comprehensive, elaborate, involved presentation, writing and person skills. Initial screening assessment, first round interview, assessment day (PPT, 2 interviews and an essay). Overall was an enjoyable process that lasted 2 months.

Prior to the interview, there is an online case study with a financial model in Excel and subsequent write up. They sent the instructions in an email with the materials in a given time slot for completion.
