I was contacted by a recruiter after posting my resume on my school job board. Had a nice phone interview and was invited for an onsite interview the day after. Went up a few weeks later for the onsite interview. It was a pleasant experience, definitely one of my better interviews. Had 2 interviews with senior consultants. The second was a bit more technical than the first, but my interviewer gave me a lot of great tips on how I could improve. Had lunch with a panel of recent graduates after.
Great interview - short and technical. They explained the business clearly and outlined expectations well. Overall it was straightforward and informative, giving a good understanding of the role and responsibilities.
Straightforward and fair process held over multiple rounds with various future colleagues, ranging from peers to management and department head. Results and feedback were given near-immediate, which was much appreciated.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional recruiter. The initial screening was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude when asking questions. Disappointing, especially since other recruiters I spoke to in this company were stellar.
