Interview
Personal interview followed by technical interview. In personal interview it will be very basic questions such as why you want to join this company, what is your career plan, past experiences etc. Technical will be purely technical related to the position they are hiring for. Once you are through it then background check is performed. Normally if you reached till background check it is mere formality after that.
The interview process was a really positive experience. The interviewers were approachable, the process was transparent, and the conversations felt genuine. I felt comfortable throughout and appreciated the way the team engaged with me.

First round was a behavioral interview after meeting the recruiter at a career fair at my school. Second round was at the headquarters in Fairfax. I would coordinate with the recruiter throughout the day, but the interviews were with current employees. All the interviews were behavioral, but they asked about technical experience as wel.
