The first interview was by phone. It was easy and not too long. Just 15min. questions about my previous experiences. my availability. The second was by Skype with the supervisor it took approximately 1 hour. he checked my background and explained to me what are the duties of the job.

Oh, but travel isn't required for this job, so we're going to pay you less to travel - minimum wage, which in fact isn't much less than your regular wage which will never ever ever increase because you don't deserve a yearly merit based wage increase - while simultaneously giving you hardly any in-store hours. You can get all your work done in 35 minutes, right?

Not to long, it was a very easy process, all they wanted to know my experience in retail, no rush it was fine. As long as you have experience in retail you will be fine
