I had 4 phone interviews that went well but I odd that there was no face-to-face interview since I am in the same city. The company is HUGE and the job was vary narrowly defined, which could have been very confining, but I really like the people.

Applied online. A week later was contacted for a face to face interview. A month later was followed up on. Had a couple follow up phone conversations.
