Very straightforward. Friendly HR manager. It was conducted over the phone, and consisted mainly of background and behavioral questions. I was notified a few weeks after the initial call that they decided to offer me the position. They seemed to be more interested in my ability to problem solve and learn new information quickly, rather than how much knowledge or skills I already had.

Question 1
Describe your major and how it is applicable to this position.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cammack Health
Interview
I had a phone interview with the HR manager, which was the typical screening questions. She invited me for a in-person interview, where I interviewed with her again followed by another interview with a Director. Up until this point the process was quite smooth and enjoyable. The HR manager immediately called the same evening asking when I will be available for another interview.
For this portion of the interview process, I interviewed with 3 people individually. I would say this was the worst interview experience I've had. The questions asked were not standard ones related to my past experience, or the role. It was very aggressive, and I felt they were looking for me to fail.
It is kind of ironic because HR called to apologize and get my feedback on the staff's interviewing skills.
