The interview process consisted in a Recruiting Day. It started with Company's Presentation, in this step I advice to do a lot of question about the company, because all the Companies, and especially Capgemini, usually appreciate it a lot. The process continued with a personal presentation of all the candidates and then with a business case to evaluate both interpersonal and technical skills, and capacity to work in team of the candidates. In the afternoon, the process continued with a personal job interview of each candidate.
