1st interview with HR, 2nd interview with a consultant to work on a case, 3rd interview with a director. The 1st interview went extremely well, and we agreed on a date for the 2nd interview. A couple weeks before the 2nd interview, I recieve a notification telling me that no offers match my profile, and that my 2nd interview is cancelled because they have hired someone for this position already. I only got the details after contacting them for further information, they initially did not tell me anything and just cancelled on me. Then the offered me a second interview AGAIN without warning, but for a post that had absolutely nothing to do with my expertise and was completely irrelevant. I am overall extremely disappointed by the hiring process and the lack of respect and care shown towards applicants.
