Interviewed for an apprenticeship Junior Consultant in Enterprise Transformation, Business Technology.
Applied online, the process took 3 weeks, including 3 rounds. Reactive and flexible for the interviews dates. Kindness from all interviewers.
Process :
1) HR interview (Fit)
- motivation and project
- background
- general knowledge about consulting and Capgemini
2) Manager interview (Technical)
- Case study (often related to the manager’s practice/industry)
- Role-play exercise (client is not happy because the manager is late / because the deliverable is not what he expected)
3) Director / VP interview (Fit)
- Same as HR itw but deeper
- Test your knowledge Capgemini’s practices
- Prepare questions to ask to your interviewer

Le premier avec une RH par téléphone.
Le second et le troisième avec des directeurs.
Ils étaient à la fois challengeants et instructifs.
Le business case lors du second entretien n'est pas facile mais le consultant était bienveillant.
