I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cardone Ventures in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was quick and efficient! I met with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager that was case study/role play based and the processed concluded with a core values presentation

Question 1
How do you align with our core values? (presentation format)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cardone Ventures in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview was a virtual role-play style with the hiring manager. However, the questions asked were often phrased as “How would you advise in this scenario?” Yet the answers were expected to be phrased as the interviewee playing as the Advisor speaking with the Client (interviewer). The flow of the conversation did not make sense due to how the questions were phrased (not in true role play format).

Question 1
How would you advise a client who was having difficulty with an employee’s engagement?
Tough! The initial phone call with the TA is easy and pretty standard. However the next step is a zoom call with Sr advisor, manager, and TA. It is a role play interview where you are the Advisor and are answering questions on behalf of the company. You basically get drilled with questions for 25+ minutes without any discussion on each question. Then they proceed with actual interview questions and finally open it up to the candidate to ask any questions.
