      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Caudex (Oxford, England) in Feb 2017

      Interview

Online writing test (an introduction to an article), then an interview face to face. The whole process took several weeks. The interview was divided into 3 sections: conversation, presentation and then the writing test (a stack of slides). It wasn't hard, but there was just so little time to prepare the slides, that you had no room for being creative.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Caudex (Oxford, England) in Apr 2014

      Interview

Replied to a job advert with CV and cover letter; was contacted about 2-3 weeks later and given a test to take in my own time (and time myself): the test consisted of data interpretation, figure generation and writing. 2-3 weeks after the test, I was scheduled for an interview (which consisted of pretty typical questions - such as the reason for choosing this career, what qualifies me for it etc - and a 10-minute presentation on a topic of my choice), which was followed by a 45 minute test (was advertised as an editing test, but was in fact a PPT presentation generation based on a document they provided). After the test, the HR person explained the pay & benefits that would come with the job.
