three rounds of interview, one technical, one HR and one Final interview. All the three rounds were taken on Skype. First Technical interview: Were asked about some consulting questions like Market estimation and about your experience 2nd round: HR question about your flexibility of working 3rd Round: Mostly a final round with few personal questions about yourself and family. Also Salary negotiation was done, but that was just a formality. Tried to task the route of stress interview, but its advisable to avoid such scenarios and just keep calm.

3 Rounds: 1. Online Data Interpretation / Data Sufficiency Test (Objective) - 30 questions, 30 mins duration 2. Round 1 of Telephonic Interview with an Engagement Manager 3. Round 2 of Telephonic Interview with a Director (Salary discussed at the end of this round itself if successful). This round would be face-to-face if possible to travel to company office. The Offer Letter is sent within a day and the validity of the offer letter is 24 hours for acceptance. When the new joinee reaches Cedar office the first day, he/she is asked to sign an agreement (1 year bond with financial value attached).
