A long time ago. Live interview with field resource manager. 2nd interview with a project manager. Edmonton PM on the phone. Both were positive and easy to communicate with. Reasonable questions.

Interview
The interview had the department coordinator as well as the head recruiter for Challenger and the interview was quite straightforward. The questions seemed to be a mix of situational behavior questions and specific industry questions to figure out my experience level.
