Interview
One interview with a district manager followed by an interview with the branch manager. The interview with the district manager was more typical of what you'd expect in terms of qualifications for the position whereas the interview with the branch manager revolved around my prior employer.

Mostly personality based question to ensure you’re a good fit. Some positional based questions but primarily you will be questioned based on if you can vibe with the manger and their superior.

Very professional yet warm and welcoming interaction with interviewer. Company culture appeared to be very much a cohesive team effort on all levels. Overall I was comfortable and pleased with the whole process.
