Interview
I got the referral from a friend, and applied it right away. It was a two procedure interview, first with a phone call and actual interview on the second try. There might be a third since my second try with them I had to actually meet with the district manager, but I am not sure since an internal employee got the position instead.
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
