This was interview #1 with the national recruiter. She was very nice and helpful. Have the second interview coming up shortly with a local recruiter. After that, it sounds like there will be two more.

they spoke to me about how i would help customers with issues and what i've done in the past to help with this transition. they made sure i was comfortable with a sales environment, which i was and assured me i would receive ample training to help transition into this business.

Very easy, very informative. The managers interviewing will ask a lot of questions and will also do perform some role plays with you. You will also be asked what you previous role entailed.
