Multi stage process. HR rep first via phone -- very basic pertaining to qualifications & experience. Second phone interview with hiring manager. About an hour and very conversational with only high level questions & follow ups about current employer culture relative to Chase's. 1st round of in-person interviews: met with 5 people -- Business unit President, GM (hiring mgr), 2 peers and one GM from another business unit. Pretty much all questions / discussion points were predictable; no abstract, Google-esque hypotheticals or brain teasers that don;t really provide insights. Lots of focus on my ability to work in a highly matrixed workplace. A bit redundant and it felt like some of the particiapnt reviewed my resume for the first time 5 minutes prior to meeting me.
