There were three Rounds of Interview at Chrysalis HRD. Initial Screening with the recruiter , one case interview , and an interview with the Hiring Manager. Great process. Very efficient.

Interview
The interview process was thorough. I had a few face to face rounds with the department heads and had to present the content they had asked me to develop. Had to walk them through the content. Also had a psychometric test and IQ test. Overall the interview process was good. However, just before the last round I was made to wait for almost 3 weeks to find out if I have got the offer or not.
