The first interview was with the brand new VP of Sales & Marketing. I was sold on the job and the company based off of our phone screen and interview despite the poor sales activity and lack of a marketing presence.
There is a phone screen, a first interview then a second interview only with the CEO and someone else and upper management. Then you have to create a marketing and sales presentation of your past accomplishments- basically quantify your past accomplishments and skills to sell your job to the CEO as if you were playing for a director level position.
