Interview
Unfortunately the JD wasn't completely aligned with the role itself, so I could have prepared better. Overall the underwriting team members were nice and friendly. No one actually talks with you before technical interview, which I found strange, again, for the role alignment. I was immidiately invited for the technical interview.

Question 1
I have financial experience and am familiarized with the underwriting process of credit approval, but didn't have the particular experience, so they mainly wanted to know how I think. What we look at when reviewing a potential client. I would suggest focusing on the balance sheets and financial reports. they gave an example like an airline, review the liquidity etc.

Initial 30-min chat with HR, followed by two 30-min interviews with hiring managers and then a final round with the director. The entire interview process takes about one month time.
