First round was on campus 1:1 interview. It was behavioral and very interactive. It went well and I was called for the onsite interview. There were 4 rounds of interviews and that day was called as a superday! 1st round- Business case writing 2nd round - An hour long discussing with a senior manager and senior consultant on resume and lot of situation based questions which really made me think about all the situations and examples about my experience 3rd round - Business case group discussion and presentation. The same business case was discussed. I do not know what exactly were they expecting but it was very interesting round and I had fun. 4th round - It was a very casual interview with a senior HR. She was a very sweet lady who asked me some situation based questions but it was mostly general discussion regarding company and work culture. Entire experience was really nice and competitive. They did not decide to offer me but it was a great feeling to be selected for a final round interviews among 1000s of people all around 4 locations in the country. It was a great learning experience and helped me in other interviews.
