Interview
Through a referral from a recruiting agency, I had an interview with the hiring manager of the company. The manager was looking for a candidate with an eye for details and a knowledgeable background in banking.

Question 1
Most questions were very basic interview questions. For example, asking about your previous work experience and academic qualifications. I guess the most difficult question for me was to answer some questions in Mandarin which I have prepared for so it was alright.
Very insightful, interviewers were very straightforward and had great questions that got you to think and analyze your skills. Was also asked behavioral questions that required you to put yourself in given situation.
4 step interview - interviewed with different levels of management after HR initial screening process: Vice Presidents, Sr VP and Directors. Answered routine background questions and was asked about interests and accomplishments.
Pretty straight forward. Like any other interview you get asked the basic questions "strengths, weaknesses, see yourself in 5 years". There was 3 interviewers. Interviews were conducted in a very professional matter.
