I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi in Mar 2010
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews for this position; the first with a recruiter, the second with the hiring manager (both via phone), and the final round consisted of six hours of 1:1 interviews on site. The questions were almost all standard behavioral interview questions, and personality match was paramount. The organization I interviewed with was a former GE shop, but the personalities were generally very laid-back and friendly. The office was casual, with everyone in jeans.

Question 1
How would you evaluate if a marketing campagin is efficient.
It was conducted over a video call. Both interviewers were friendly and professional. I was contacted by someone from overseas to arrange the interview. Any other questions need to be directed to their local HR. I’ve tried contacting the local HR but never received a reply.

Question 1
Operational controls implemented by McDonald's for its Drive-Thru service.
Amazing. They have technically sound and relevant questions with a good mix of coding and econometrics concepts. The questions were along the lines of past experience and certifications mentioned on the resume.
