Pretty simple and quick manager interviewing as easy to talk to. The people were not intimidating the only thing that got me was how secluded the drive was. I had seen the distance however the wild animals ex.) wild boar in the parking lot was a bit much. Not to mention deer on the road and people that work there have normalized this. I’m just too much of a wimp

What skills I possess that are good for the job Have I ever been fired previously
General customer service oriented questions about how you handle tough situations, deal with upset customers. How well do you handle working under pressure and a fast paced environment. First it was a phone screen, and then passing that was a more in depth video call interview. The entire hiring process and background check took a couple months.

Really great process for people coming out of college to get to grips with a large financial firm.
There was 2/3 rounds therefore the company got to know you while you got a feel for the ppl you would be with

Interview
The interview went well. The interviewer was very professional and approachable, creating a comfortable atmosphere that helped ease my nerves. She asked insightful questions in a respectful manner, which made the whole experience less intimidating and more encouraging.
